Martha’s Vineyard, you were divine!

ImageAnyone ever been to Martha’s Vineyard? I’ve lived in Massachusetts my whole life and only been there twice!…TWICE. How sad. It’s only a 20 min ferry ride away. I have no excuses besides my parents never taking me. I took a short day trip out there with some of the people in my Unit to have breakfast (we fancy, huh?) at Linda Jean’s. It was nice little place with delicious food. For Martha’s Vineyard, it was pretty decent priced. They also serve mimosas, FYI. The best part of all, I got to spend the day with my best friend/lifting partner. So Martha’s Vineyard, CHECK!ImageImage

Spring Flingin’ It!

Image Weather in DC is definitely reflecting the Spring season. We got to enjoy the nice sun and low 60s while Massachusetts still had low 40s. Warmer weather really puts people in a much better mood. I know I was more energetic and enthusiastic about being outdoors these past few days. Because the weather was so lovely, I took it upon myself to take this opportunity to throw on my favorite casual spring attire! WELCOME SPRING! My personal style is wearing what’s comfortable and cute. I wear basic colors but sometimes I like to add in a vibrant piece just to bring out the outfit. I’m also a broke college student and can’t really afford many name brand things, and that means I shop at places like Charlotte Rousse, Forever 21, and of course Target (or Tarje, if you’re fancy). Brands are nice, and I value the small amount of name brand things that I do have but lack of brand shouldn’t deter you from looking super adorable! I hope you guys like my look!

Keep it Casual

I don’t think you can ever go wrong with a a pair of skinny jeans, oversized sweater and some cute ankle boots. Most of my fall/winter everyday outfits are similar to this. I just find it comfortable and casual. Plus, you’re never too dressed down or too dressed up. It’s cute!
